Vacation, new ships, and a shiny carrier kill.

Howdy folks, I haven't been on in a while due to vacation, but when I got back, things were pretty crazy! Most people who never play Eve Online don't know this, but your character gets stronger, even when you aren't playing. When I got back, I managed to buy a Crow class Interceptor, a shiny new ship designed to...well...intercept. A few days later, I was sent along with a few others to take down a Chimera class Carrier, owned by a Russian about an hour away. We made it, and we managed to take him down! It's kinda funny, how something worth 14 million, can eliminate something 1 billion, simply because it can't be caught :)

Matriculation, Black ops, and boom.

So, here's the skinny; Hallowwen I was matriculated into the 101st Space Marine force, finally graduating from 1SMA.
Today, I went on a black ops (covert ops and force recon) roam in 0.0 space, dropped in on a 90 million+ ship, and I blew it up!!!

Biggest fight ever in EVE Online, I tried to get there, but the lag was so horrible, I couldn't get close.

Inside reports say that Iridium Plaza will fall early this morning. I'll do my best to get there safely.

Scouting in lowsec, found a goddamn titan.

Yeah, that's a Titan. What's a Titan, you ask? It's the largest goddamn ship in eve online. the only reason I survived was because I was cloaked up. First time I ever saw a Titan in the game, I almost fell out of my seat!

Howdy there fellow readers, my name is Robert Alden. What you see here is the beginning of a beautiful(and sometimes ugly) friendship between one EVE capsuleer, and a blog. Let me tell you a bit about myself.

I made this account at the end of June in 2010, looking to find some damn good fun. I've taken quite a few twists and turns here, but in the end of it all, I've ended up with the good folks of the 101st Space Marine Force! I've been moved to their Academy corp, and hopefully with the help of the drill instructors, become a full fledged member of Nulli Secunda's 101SMF :D
